Who Can Be Helped by Praise Home Health Agency?

Praise Home Health Agency provides outstanding and dependable home health care services regardless of race, creed, color, sex, marital status, national origin, age, disability or sexual orientation. However, these following conditions are required:

  • Patient must be under the care of a physician who decides that patient needs medical care at home.
  • Patient must require skilled medical care.
  • The service needed must be reasonable and necessary.
  • Patient must be homebound.

We do not require any insurance pre-authorization, and there is no long-term contract. We are committed to your well-being and will provide our services where, when and how you want them:

  • In the Comfort and Privacy of Your Home.
  • An Independent Senior Living Community.
  • An Assisted Living or Group Home.
  • A Skilled Nursing Facility (Nursing Home).
  • A Rehabilitation, or Hospice Facility.

Methods of Payment

Praise Home Health Agency accepts payments from a number of sources. If you are using medicare they cover our bills in most cases leaving the patient with no out of pocket expense.

How To Set Up Service

The first step is to contact us. We suggest an in-home conference with family and staff to meet and discuss care needs. There is no obligation, this initial meeting is to explore the needed care for you, a family member or a loved one.

During this initial meeting, we explain the available services and answer any question you may have for us.

  • Client's Rights
  • Costs of services
  • Daily routines and schedule
  • Emergency response
